Professor Stephen Rushin, an expert in surveillance and law enforcement technology, is quoted in a Time article on Seattle becoming the nation's largest city to use facial recognition software. He said, "Whenever you’re accumulating large amounts of data, you have the potential for abuse. It could be used to unfairly implicate innocent people.”
