Lash delivers endowed lecture on constitutional law at Princeton University

Professor Kurt Lash delivered the Alpheus T. Mason Lecture in Constitutional Law and Political Thought: The Quest for Freedom at Princeton University on February 26, 2014.

The endowed lecture is hosted by the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions. Lash’s lecture was titled “Federalism as an Individual Right: The Lost History of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.”
