Brilliant Futures Campaign Announcement

“As co-chair of the College of Law’s Brilliant Futures Campaign, I wish to thank all the donors who made the success of this campaign possible,” stated Carl Vacketta (’65), partner at DLA Piper LLP and member of the Dean’s Advisory Board. “Alumni support is critical to the overall health of the College, and this campaign is a testament to the wonderful and needed support our alumni provide. As a most proud graduate and supporter of Illinois, I join in celebrating this historic achievement.”

“As an alumna, president of the Dean’s Advisory Board, and proud supporter of the College, I join in celebrating this terrific accomplishment,” said Lynn Murray (’85), Partner at Grippo & Elden LLC. “Alumni support is at the heart of our success. Successful completion of the Brilliant Futures Campaign demonstrates both our alumni loyalty and the dedication of the College’s faculty, students, administration, and staff.”

The Brilliant Futures Campaign began in 2003, with a University-wide goal of $2.25 billion and a goal on the Urbana campus of $1.5 billion. Both goals were successfully eclipsed during the campaign.
