Professor Todd Schwartz is restructuring associate in Kirkland & Ellis' Chicago office.  He concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency proceedings.  He teaches a course on Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Reorganizations and is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of the College of Law.  While in law school, he was a member of the Illinois Law Review.  He holds a B.A. in legal studies and integrative biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
