Katie Chamberlain is a 2009 graduate of the College of Law. She is now pursuing a master's degree in library and information science at the University of Illinois Graduate School of Library and Information Science and works as a pre-professional graduate assistant in the College of Law Library. She would like to be a law librarian.
While a law student, Katie was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, worked in the admissions office, and was a Note Editor on The Elder Law Journal. Her note Looking for a "Good Death": The Elderly Terminally Ill's Right to Die by Physician-Assisted Suicide was published in the most recent volume of the journal (17 Elder L.J. 61 (2009)).
Katie received her BA in English from the University of Alabama in 2006, where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
