Sunda Wells McHugh joined the College of Law as Assistant Director of Career Planning and Professional Development in 2007. A native Virginian, Sunda holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Sunda graduated in 2004 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an Editor of the Virginia Tax Review and as the Events Coordinator for the Moot Court Board. Before joining the College, Sunda practiced for three years in the area of trusts and estates with McGuireWoods LLP in Richmond, Virginia. As Assistant Director, Sunda plans and promotes Career Planning and Professional Development events and programs, including the On-Campus Interview Program, Great American Cities Program, and the annual Alumni-Student Career Conference. In addition, she also provides career guidance counseling to students and alumni.
