This should help you determine when your time reports are due. It is currently set up for the
Spring 2012 semester.

Please note the following also includes your work within the Externship Program as it is still a law class even though it is held outside of the law building. Your time reports are another way of our tracking your attendance at your placement, along with the “class” work you are doing there.
Time Reports are due every other Friday, as shown on the attached schedule. There is a "grace period" of 5 business days to submit your time reports. Every occasion time reports are submitted past the "grace period" penalty papers will be assigned.
You should be aware of the ABA Rule governing participation in all classes:
Class Attendance
ABA Standard 305(c) provides that “Regular and punctual class attendance is necessary to satisfy residence and class hours requirements.”
Students must comply with the attendance and preparation policies established by each instructor in accordance with Standard 305©.
Failure to comply may lead to the student being dropped from an upper-level course, a reduction of the student’s grade, or the award of a grade of “F”.
